Practice Policies

Computerised Practice

  1. All medical files are readily accessible to patients and their treating doctor.
  2. Pathology and radiology results are imported directly.
  3. Immunisations are transmitted immediately to the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register.
  4. Prescriptions are generated in a printed, crosschecked format, which reduces errors by doctor or chemist.
  5. Total security is guaranteed and back-up files are produced and stored off-site every day.

Clinic Policy Regarding Cancelling Appointments

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please ring us as early as possible. This will then allow us to offer the cancelled appointments to other patients. We often have patients on our cancellation list waiting for earlier appointments. Failure to cancel appointments may result in a cancellation fee.The clinic may not continue to offer appointments to patients who have a history of failing to notify us of their non-attendance.
