Making an appointment


Please ring 9497 1188 for an appointment, you can also book on line using the link on our home page of this web site.. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and GP. Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay or your GP has been called away. Longer consultation times are available, so please ask our receptionists if you require some extra time. If you or a family member requires an interpreter service, we can organise this for you. Please let us know when you make the appointment.

Clinic Policy Regarding Cancelling Appointments

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please ring us as early as possible. This will then allow us to offer the cancelled appointments to other patients. We often have patients on our cancellation list waiting for earlier appointments. The clinic will not continue to offer appointments to patients who fail to notify us of their non-attendance.


Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, cheque, Eftpos, tap and go or credit card. Staff are happy to submit account to Medicare and your refund will be back in your bank account over night. Pensioners, children under 16 and Healthcare Card holders will be charged a discounted fee generally patients will  be $15 to $20 out of pocket per item. If you are referred to a specialist or for tests you should ask the provider about costs at the time of booking your appointment. If you have difficulty in paying our fees, please discuss it with us.
